Our mission is to empower young adults by offering skill-building opportunities in areas such as social and professional skills, responsibility, time management, public relations, and a sense of belonging and value. We aim to prepare these individuals for successful careers and a fulfilling life, while fostering a strong work ethic and a sense of purpose. At Gerdy's, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those we work with and the community we serve.
