At Gerdy’s Gourmet Popcorn, we build youth from the inside out. For many of the young people who come to us, Gerdy’s is literally their very first job. They’ve never really engaged with people outside of their circle, so we teach customer service at its core — how to greet, how to listen, how to serve with excellence.

Some arrive lacking confidence. Others need support in communication, time management, interpersonal skills, or even building up their self-esteem. Through Gerdy’s, they don’t just gain a paycheck — they gain personal growth, empowerment, resilience, and the tools to develop into successful young adults.
